	Allen University Gibbs Hall & Adams Hall Renovation Columbia, SC.	$1,169,759.09	September 2000	Provided design and construction management services to renovate 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors and add classrooms in the basement of Gibbs Hall and retrofit the pool at Adams Hall.

	Department of the Army Southern Region Fort Gillem, Georgia	$565,000.00	September 2003	Demolition of Buildings 116, 118, 119, 702, 705, 710, 404, 933 and 934

	Clark University Mail Room Atlanta, Georgia	$423,000.00	June 1996	BII designed the plan and specifications for CAU post office. This project was unique because during the demolition process, we uncovered asbestos pipe above the plaster ceiling, vinyl asbestos tile, mastic, and raw sewage backed up into the post office due to heavy rain. Biosphere International’s environmental team performed this work in-house.

	Clark University Print Shop Atlanta, Georgia	$335,000.00	June 1996	Renovated aged basement into a Deluxe Print Shop. The work for this particular area of the project consists of demolition of the current interior, abatement asbestos and new construction of a print shop.
